Refund policy

ALTERTRIM designs and delivers precision automotive components to exacting standards. Please review the following policy carefully prior to purchase.

All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, contact Support@altertrim.com and provide:

If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging, in new and resalable condition.

Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns due to customer error or change of mind.

The sole exception is when ALTERTRIM ships an incorrect item.

Restocking fees are deducted from the refund total and cover inspection, handling, and administrative costs.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return results from an error on our part.

The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label. Returns received without a visible RMA will be refused or returned without credit.

Returns for damaged goods are not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, notification must be made within 3 business days of delivery.

Failure to notify within this time-frame constitutes acceptance of the product.

All refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, less any applicable fees.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

ALTERTRIM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Submission of an order constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined above.
