Return Eligibility

We are committed to providing you with a worry-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • New and Unused: The product must not have been installed, driven on, or show any signs of wear, and must be in a resalable condition.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original box with all included accessories (e.g., center caps, valve stems), manuals, labels, and protective films.
  • Non-Customized Items: Custom-made wheels (e.g., special offsets, custom colors) are final sale and cannot be returned unless they have a quality issue.

Return Process

  • Request Authorization: Please contact our customer service team at support@altertrim.com before returning any item, providing your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Packaging and Shipping: Securely pack the product in its original box and write the RMA number clearly on the outside. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; you are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-Quality-Related Returns: For returns due to "change of mind," "size incompatibility" (after verifying compatibility), or "found a better price," the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and inspection costs.

  • Our Error or Quality Issues: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item shipped) or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost (by providing a prepaid return label) and no restocking fee will be charged. Please refer to our Warranty Policy below.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, confirming it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Inspection Obligation

Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging for damage. If there is visible shipping damage, please note "package damaged" on the delivery receipt or refuse the package. If internal product damage is discovered after signing, you must report it to us at support@altertrim.com within 15 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier. Reports after this period may not be processed.
